Ingredients

    • 300g - Strawberry purée
    • 50g - Water
    • 50g - Simple syrup
    • 20g - Strawberry compound
    • 1g - Alginat
    • 2g - Kit pH
    • - Clorur Bath
  • Clorur bath
    • 1000g - Water
    • 5g - Clorur

Prepared by

    1. Mix all ingredients except the Clorur bath for 5 minutes.
    2. Fill the Caviar Box and createthe caviar by falling drops inside the Clorur bath.
  • Clorur bath
    1. Mix the ingredients for 5 minutes with a hand blender and set aside.
