Piquillo Mayonnaise

Ingredients

    • 80g - Roasted piquillos
    • 60g - Water
    • 50g - Olive oil
    • 100g - Sunflower oil
    • 4g - Salt
    • 4g - Natur emul
    • 3g - Flaxfiber

Prepared by

    1. Mix the piquillos with the water and blen. Strain in order to remove the fibrus.
    2. Add the natur emul and the flaxfiber and blend.
    3. Pour the oils in wil emulsify until get the mayonnaise.
