Prepared by

    1. Combine the lemon juice, water, Gelcrem, sugar and lemon zest. Bring the mix to boil.
    2. Remove from the heat and cool at 45 °C. Add the coconut oil and mix using a stick blender.
    3. Cool down to 4 °C and keep in the fridge for 12 hours before using.
