Basil Pomps

Thanks to our Bubble product, we achieve an ultra-light and stable layer that encapsulates the basil essence.

Ingredients

    • 100g - Fresh basil
    • 300g - Water
    • 2g - Salt
    • 10g - Bubble

Prepared by

    1. Blanch basil 10 seconds in boiling water and cool in ice water.
    2. Drain well and mash with the water.
    3. Strain and crush with the bubble.
    4. Let stand overnight in refrigerator before use.
