Coconut Pastry Cream

Ingredients

Prepared by

    1. Mix togeter the rice drink and the coconut purée.
    2. Separately, mix the Gelcrem Hot, sugar and Natur Emul. Whisk the two mixtures togeter and cook until the come to the boil, stirring all the while.
    3. Take it off the heat and andd the coconut fat.
    4. Whisk until you have a smooth, homogenous cream.
