Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

Prepared by

    1. Mix the water with the Potatowhip and xanthan gum, and blend for one minute with an electric mixer.
    2. Whip with the electric whipping machine until a firm meringue texture is obtained.
    3. Add the sugar together with the trehalose and whip for 3 more minutes.
    4. Melt the chocolate at 40 °C and mix gently with the meringue.
    5. Finally, add the previously sifted flour and the impeller, mixing delicately with the help of a flexible spatula.
    6. Spread on a baking sheet and bake at 190 °C for 8 minutes.
