Prepared by

    1. Whisk together the fry ingredients and rice drink and cook the mixture in a pan until comes to the boil, stirring all the while.
    2. Add the couverture. Mix vigorously until the texture is amooth and homogenous.
    3. Leave it to cool to 4°C and store it in the refrigerator.
