Aroma de Humo is a glycerin-based water-soluble concentrate that captures the characteristic flavor of embers. Its formulation allows optimal integration in both aqueous and fatty bases with up to 95% oil content, making it ideal for adding depth and character to various culinary preparations.
Mode of use
Shake well before use. Dose 2 g per kilogram of preparation (approximately 70 drops) according to the desired intensity. Mix thoroughly in the recipe to ensure an even distribution of the aroma. Do not consume directly; use within the recommended dosage in combination with other ingredients.

In accordance with European Regulation No. 2024/2067, amending Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 1321/2013, foodstuffs containing the primary smoke flavouring products SF-001, SF-002, SF-003, SF-004, SF-005, SF -006, SF-008 or SF-009 may continue to be placed and kept on the market, and only until: – 1 July 2026 for all other food categories, – 1 July 2029 for food categories 1.7 (Cheese and cheese products), 8 (Meat), 9.2 (Fish and processed fishery products, including mollusks and crustaceans), 9.3 (Fish roe) and their corresponding subcategories. After these dates there will be no more authorizations and food business operators will no longer be able to use them.
