Gelatin of pork animal origin. Approximately 400 sheets/Kg. 1 sheet = 2g. 180 BLOOM
Mode of use
Hydration: Soak the required amount of gelatine leaves in cold water for 5-7 minutes. Be sure to add the leaves one by one to ensure adequate hydration. Draining: Once hydrated, remove the leaves from the water and drain well to remove excess liquid. Dissolving: Add the drained gelatin leaves to the liquid you wish to gel. Heat the mixture to more than 40ºC so that the gelatine dissolves completely. Gelification: Allow the preparation to cool at a temperature of 4-5ºC for approximately 4 hours to obtain the desired gelled texture. Note: If it is preferred to hydrate the gelatine directly in the liquid to be gelled, perform a previous hydration of 5-7 minutes in cold (or at room temperature) before heating to ensure its complete dissolution.

Silver gelatin: approximately 400 sheets/Kg. Gelling speed: slow, thermoresistant between 35ºC and 40ºC. Gelling temperature <15ºC. Solubility at 45°C. Soft and flexible gel.
