Mode of use
For modeling sugar flowers, mix 10 g of gum tragacanth with 250 g of fondant. Knead until a homogeneous dough is obtained, let it rest in an airtight container overnight. When dry, the fondant hardens, allowing precise and long-lasting decorations.
