Stable Pine Nuts and Must Vinaigrette

INGREDIENTS

Olive oil 100 g
Sosa Pine Nut Pure Paste 100 g
Sosa Wax Concept 6 g
White wine vinegar 50 g
Red grape must 100 g
Salt 1.5 g

ELABORATION

Mix olive oil with Wax Concept.
Heat at 60ºC until Wax Concept melts and a smooth and uniform texture is obtained.
Pour the mixture into a jar.
Add the pine nuts pure paste and blend.
Continue with the rest of ingredients while still blending.
Let cool to obtain the correct texture. Use.
