Lemon Verbena and Olive Coating

INGREDIENTS

10 g Sosa Absorber
1.2 g Sosa Lemon Verbena Natural Aroma
200 g Sugar
40 g Sosa Freeze-dried Green Olive Flour

ELABORATION

Mix Absorber with Lemon Verbena Natural Aroma and work a minute with the help of a glove for a correct absorption and encapsulate the aroma.
Add to a bowl along with the other ingredients and integrate well with the help of a glove.
Set aside for use.
