En aquest context neixen les <strong>Postres Pierrot,<\/strong> una creaci\u00f3 de Matthieu Roisin, <em>xef pastisser formador de Valrhona,<\/em> pensada per al servei de bistr\u00f3 per\u00f2 amb una sofisticaci\u00f3 t\u00e8cnica que transcendeix qualsevol categoria.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Formulat per a 24 plats, aquestes postres s\u00f3n una col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 entre marques de refer\u00e8ncia: Sosa Ingredients, Valrhona, Adamance i Norohy. Cada ingredient ha estat seleccionat no nom\u00e9s per la seva qualitat, sin\u00f3 per la seva capacitat d&#8217;integrar-se en un muntatge complex on la t\u00e8cnica est\u00e0 al servei de l&#8217;experi\u00e8ncia sensorial. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sorbet de pera Williams amb Profiber Stab 5: textura i puresa arom\u00e0tica<\/h2>\n\n<p>El sorbet de pera \u00e9s, sens dubte, el cor t\u00e8cnic d&#8217;aquestes postres.
