Guarro \u00e9s un dels noms m\u00e9s destacats de la pastisseria contempor\u00e0nia a Espanya, amb una traject\u00f2ria marcada per la creativitat, l&#8217;excel\u00b7l\u00e8ncia t\u00e8cnica i el seu paper com a referent en la formaci\u00f3 de noves generacions de pastissers. <\/p>\n\n<p>Aquest postre individual combina precisi\u00f3, t\u00e8cnica i sensibilitat gustativa.
