Inspirada en les propietats \u00faniques de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sosa.cat\/ca\/producte\/elastic\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Elastic,<\/a><\/strong> un dels nostres gelificants m\u00e9s vers\u00e0tils, aquesta preparaci\u00f3 aconsegueix una gelatina extraordin\u00e0riament el\u00e0stica i resistent, ideal per crear formes sorprenents sense risc de trencament. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elastic est\u00e0 dissenyat per oferir <strong>gelatines toves, flexibles i altament modelables<\/strong>, mantenint la seva integritat fins i tot en manipulacions complexes. Gr\u00e0cies a aquesta qualitat, la recepta es converteix en una eina ideal per a aquells que busquen aportar dinamisme i volum als seus emplatats o decoracions.
