Aquesta xocolata es distingeix per la seva tipicitat arom\u00e0tica, que reflecteix l&#8217;excepcionalitat de la regi\u00f3 i la qualitat del cacau de faves blanques. <\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>Per aconseguir la perfecta textura i estabilitat d&#8217;aquest gelat, hem emprat un ingredient especial: el <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sosa.cat\/ca\/producte\/procrema-100-frio\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Procrema 100 fred<\/a><\/strong>.
