Aquesta sopa freda, concebuda com una forma d&#8217;aprofitar el pa dur i els productes de l&#8217;horta, ha evolucionat amb el temps per convertir-se en un llen\u00e7 creatiu on els ingredients frescos i la t\u00e8cnica es combinen al servei del sabor i la frescor. Tradicionalment consumit durant els mesos m\u00e9s c\u00e0lids, el gaspatxo s&#8217;ha guanyat un lloc tant a les taules populars com a les propostes m\u00e9s sofisticades de l&#8217;alta gastronomia.  <\/p>\n\n<p>En aquesta versi\u00f3 renovada, presentem un <strong>Gaspatxo de Remolatxa i Gerds,<\/strong> on la intensitat terrosa de la remolatxa es troba amb la frescor \u00e0cida del gerd. Una combinaci\u00f3 vibrant i contempor\u00e0nia que conserva l&#8217;ess\u00e8ncia refrescant del gaspatxo cl\u00e0ssic, per\u00f2 amb un perfil de sabor molt m\u00e9s arom\u00e0tic i modern.
