{"id":37582,"date":"2025-07-07T08:00:00","date_gmt":"2025-07-07T06:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sosa.cat\/recetas\/hukambi-cirera\/"},"modified":"2026-01-13T15:36:16","modified_gmt":"2026-01-13T14:36:16","slug":"hukambi-cereza","status":"publish","type":"receta","link":"https:\/\/www.sosa.cat\/ca\/receptes\/hukambi-cereza\/","title":{"rendered":"Hukambi  Cirera"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>En aquesta ocasi\u00f3 tenim l&#8217;honor de presentar una creaci\u00f3 del xef ambaixador Jason Tan, qui ens comparteix el seu postre titulat <strong>\u201cHukambi i Cirera\u201d,<\/strong> una reinterpretaci\u00f3 personal del cl\u00e0ssic <em>Black Forest.<\/em> Aquest postre no nom\u00e9s \u00e9s una demostraci\u00f3 t\u00e8cnica impecable, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 una expressi\u00f3 profunda de mem\u00f2ria i emoci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n<p>Per a Jason, el proc\u00e9s creatiu comen\u00e7a amb la combinaci\u00f3 de sabors. En \u201c<strong>Hukambi i Cirera<\/strong>\u201d, la xocolata i la nata del tradicional <em>Black Forest<\/em> es reinterpreten a trav\u00e9s d&#8217;una composici\u00f3 que inclou gelat, sorbete i m\u00faltiples textures, generant contrastos de temperatura que desperten el paladar. <\/p>\n\n<p>M\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de la t\u00e8cnica, Jason ens recorda que connectar emocionalment amb un postre \u00e9s el veritable objectiu: <em>\u201cQuan alg\u00fa prova la teva creaci\u00f3 i recorda un bon moment, has aconseguit l&#8217;essencial com a pastisser.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jason Tan<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jason Tan<\/strong> es va graduar amb honors el 2009 del Le Cordon Bleu Austr\u00e0lia, i des de llavors ha desenvolupat una traject\u00f2ria s\u00f2lida tant a Austr\u00e0lia com a Singapur, treballant en hotels i restaurants d&#8217;alt nivell. Va ser l\u00edder del programa de pastisseria i fleca a l&#8217;At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy de Singapur, on tamb\u00e9 ha estat mentor de joves talents en competicions locals i internacionals. Va representar Singapur a la Asian Gelato Cup 2018 i a la World Gelato Cup 2020 a Rimini.
