Va ser una setmana intensa, plena d&#8217;esdeveniments, demostracions i, sobretot, connexions amb la comunitat gastron\u00f2mica m\u00e9s influent de l&#8217;\u00c0sia. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 i creativitat a cada detall<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Treballem en estreta col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb Maison Kaviari. Els xefs de Valrhona **Natalie Leung, * <em>Guillaume Lopvet<\/em> i <em>Chef Alex<\/em> van preparar una s\u00e8rie de canap\u00e8s que van fusionar t\u00e8cnica europea amb influ\u00e8ncies asi\u00e0tiques: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mousse de xocolata <em>Nyangbo 68%<\/em> amb caviar de Kaviari, una recepta desenvolupada per l&#8217;\u00c9cole Valrhona.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Egg Waffle<\/em> estil Hong Kong, amb rovell d&#8217;ou salada i soft serve de <em>Dulcey 35%<\/em> .<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bombons de <em>Matcha Tokyo<\/em> elaborats amb la nova cobertura de xocolata <em>Matcha Inspiration<\/em> .<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Petits g\u00e2teaux de <em>Guanaja 70%<\/em> i un impressionant trofeu de xocolata per al guanyador del premi Asia&#8217;s Best Pastry Chef.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Men\u00fa: t\u00e8cnica al servei del sabor per Sosa<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El nostre <strong><em>Xef Ambassador Leafy<\/em><\/strong> va desenvolupar canap\u00e8s dol\u00e7os-salats \u00fanics que van fusionar influ\u00e8ncies asi\u00e0tiques amb sabors europeus.
