S&#8217;utilitza com a farcit o cobertura en pastisseria, com a postre en si o com una salsa de postre. La trobem amb diferents graus de gruix segons l&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tamb\u00e9 serveix com a base per a altres tipus de cremes, com per exemple les cremes Mousselina (afegint mantega), Diplomate (afegint nata muntada) i Chibouste (amb merenga).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De la crema pastissera vegetariana a la vegana<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si podem aconseguir una <strong>crema pastissera vegana<\/strong> i obtenir un resultat molt semblant al de la crema pastissera tradicional. Ara b\u00e9, per a aix\u00f2, caldr\u00e0 emprar productes espec\u00edfics i con\u00e8ixer b\u00e9 les proporcions que farem servir.
