Davant l&#8217;\u00fas tradicional de la mantega, els ous o la nata en les elaboracions de rebosteria, <em>oferim solucions a trav\u00e9s dels nostres ingredients per crear receptes vegetals.<\/em> <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tanmateix, aix\u00f2 no significa que h\u00e0gim de renunciar a textures, sabors o aromes incitants. Al contrari, l&#8217;\u00fas de productes d&#8217;origen vegetal \u00e9s una oportunitat per<strong> estudiar i descobrir noves experi\u00e8ncies<\/strong>, conservant l&#8217;aut\u00e8ntica puresa d&#8217;ingredients com les fruites, la xocolata o els fruits secs. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El nostre nord \u00e9s la gastronomia moderna, basada en quatre pilars: <strong>menys greix, menys sucre, textures contrastades i sabor m\u00e9s accentuat.<\/strong> La funci\u00f3 t\u00e8cnica dels elements d&#8217;origen animal queda plenament aconseguida amb els ingredients vegetals que els substitueixen.
