{"id":40404,"date":"2024-04-17T10:18:17","date_gmt":"2024-04-17T08:18:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sosa.cat\/sosa-ingredients-patrocinador-de-la-sisena-edicio-del-premi-dulcypas-a-la-millor-pasta-de-te-de-2024\/"},"modified":"2025-12-05T12:34:37","modified_gmt":"2025-12-05T11:34:37","slug":"pasta-te-dulcypass","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.sosa.cat\/ca\/pasta-te-dulcypass\/","title":{"rendered":"Sosa Ingredients: Patrocinador de la sisena edici\u00f3 del Premi Dulcypas a la Millor Pasta de T\u00e9 de 2024"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-7387b849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El passat divendres 12 d&#8217;abril es va celebrar la sisena edici\u00f3 del Premi Dulcypas a la Millor <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#00cfab\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Pasta de T\u00e9<\/mark><\/strong> Artesana d&#8217;Espanya a l&#8217;Escola de Pastisseria del Gremi de Mestres Confiteres de Val\u00e8ncia, en qu\u00e8, El Taller Artesanal Virginias de la poblaci\u00f3 catalana d&#8217;Agramunt, liderat pel xef Jordi Farr\u00e9s, es va coronar com a guanyador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El vencedor catal\u00e0 va presentar una <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#00cfab\" class=\"has-inline-color\">pasta de t\u00e9<\/mark><\/strong> confeccionada mitjan\u00e7ant una base de galeta lleugera de mantega, avellana i un interior de mandarina, imposant-se aix\u00ed a les altres elaboracions presentades que optaven a ser guanyadores, com la sabl\u00e9 de caf\u00e8 amb toffe de pl\u00e0tan i vainilla de la Pastisseria Aixa de Puzol a Val\u00e8ncia, guardonada en segon lloc, i la palmereta de pralin\u00e9 i kumquat de la Pastisseria Dol\u00e7 de Sant Cugat del Vall\u00e8s a Barcelona, posicionada en tercer lloc.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-style-default\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sosa.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/pasta-te-premio-dulcypas-sosa-683x1024.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7390\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El concurs: Premi Dulcypas<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Originat l&#8217;any 2015, el certamen del Premi Dulcypas a la Millor <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#00cfab\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>Pasta de T\u00e9<\/strong> <\/mark>Artesana d&#8217;Espanya, del qual <strong>Sosa Ingredients<\/strong> \u00e9s patrocinador, convoca totes les pastisseries del pa\u00eds amb el prop\u00f2sit de descobrir la m\u00e9s destacada entre elles.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es defineixen les <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#00cfab\" class=\"has-inline-color\">pastes de te<\/mark><\/strong> com a <em><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#00cfab\" class=\"has-inline-color\">petites del\u00edcies caracter\u00edstiques de la pastisseria artesanal, <\/mark><\/em>que s&#8217;acompanyen tradicionalment amb una tassa de te o caf\u00e8. Existeixen nombroses opcions pel que fa al tipus de massa emprada, a la seva forma i presentaci\u00f3, motiu pel qual aquest concurs acull totes les diversitats i presentacions possibles d&#8217;aquestes del\u00edcies pastisseres.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La competici\u00f3 busca ressaltar un producte emblem\u00e0tic i fonamental en la rebosteria com \u00e9s la <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#00cfab\" class=\"has-inline-color\">pasta de te<\/mark><\/strong>, que sovint \u00e9s ignorat als aparadors de les botigues m\u00e9s modernes del sector. Per aquest motiu, Dulcypas es planteja com a objectiu rescatar aquest producte i mostrar la seva versatilitat i el seu potencial en el m\u00f3n de la gastronomia.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jurat de luxe: Sandra Ornelas, xef de Valrhona Espanya<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El jurat va ser integrat per destacats professionals del sector com Jaime Rodr\u00edguez, Rub\u00e9n \u00c1lvarez, Miquel Guarro, Agust\u00edn Pedregal, Pedro G. Coy, Daniel \u00c1lvarez i <strong>Sandra Ornelas<\/strong>, <strong>xef formadora de pastisseria de Valrhona Espanya<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Els especialistes van elogiar la <strong>qualitat de l&#8217;esdeveniment,<\/strong> que va atreure prop de 300 inscrits, cosa que va marcar un r\u00e8cord en el certamen, que mai havia aconseguit assolir aquesta xifra tan elevada de participants.
