La nostra Directora de M\u00e0rqueting, Lilibeth Rivas, juntament amb Francisco Migoya van tenir l&#8217;honor de moderar una discussi\u00f3 apassionant amb quatre perfils excepcionals i especialistes en els seus respectius sectors: Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Bau, creador de l&#8217;\u00c9cole Valrhona i autor de la \u201cGula Razonada\u201d; Joyce Galv\u00e3o, Will Goldfarb i Jordi Bordas. <\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Junts, aquests quatre professionals van aportar perspectives \u00faniques sobre la incorporaci\u00f3 de la intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia artificial en la creaci\u00f3 de receptes, la sostenibilitat dels ingredients, la import\u00e0ncia dels productes locals i el paper fonamental de les dones en la ind\u00fastria.
