En un m\u00f3n on la gastronomia evoluciona constantment, aquest esdeveniment va posar de relleu la idea que fins i tot els aspectes m\u00e9s tradicionals de la pastisseria poden reinventar-se amb un <strong>toc vegetal.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al centre de la demostraci\u00f3 hi havia el coneixement que les creacions excepcionals requereixen components excepcionals. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sosa.cat\/es-es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Sosa Ingredients, <\/a><\/strong>amb la seva variada gamma de productes, va servir de llen\u00e7 sobre el qual el <strong>Xef Antonio Bachour <\/strong>va pintar la seva obra mestra culin\u00e0ria.
