La cerim\u00f2nia de lliurament de premis, celebrada al Teatre de l&#8217;\u00d2pera de Les Arts d&#8217;aquesta ciutat, va retre homenatge al cim del talent gastron\u00f2mic de 24 territoris dels cinc continents. <\/p>\n\n<p>Durant la cerim\u00f2nia vam tenir la gran oportunitat d&#8217;atorgar el premi: \u201c<strong>The World\u2019s Best Pastry Chef Award 2023<\/strong>\u201d a P\u00eda Salazar del Restaurant Neuma a Quito &#8211; Equador, premi que va estar a c\u00e0rrec del CEO de <strong>Sosa Ingredients<\/strong> Daniel Rio.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/piasalazarort\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">P\u00eda Salazar<\/a><\/strong> nascuda a Cuenca est\u00e0 ajudant a posicionar l&#8217;Equador al mapa culinari amb les seves creacions experimentals, convertint fruites i verdures en obres mestres dolces, com coco amb llevat ric en umami i all negre, o porro i vainilla amb cedr\u00f3, una herba similar a la llimona verbena.<\/p>\n\n<p>L&#8217;actual <strong>millor pastissera del m\u00f3n 2023<\/strong>, ja havia estat premiada anteriorment en l&#8217;edici\u00f3 llatinoamericana del prestigi\u00f3s llistat gastron\u00f2mic. En aquella ocasi\u00f3 va ser tamb\u00e9 nomenada millor xef pastissera de la regi\u00f3. Definitivament ha estat un digne reconeixement a un extraordinari talent equatori\u00e0 de l&#8217;escena mundial.  <\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<p>Paral\u00b7lelament vam tenir l&#8217;oportunitat d&#8217;oferir als m\u00e9s de 1500 convidats a l&#8217;esdeveniment una selecci\u00f3 de gelats dissenyats especialment per a l&#8217;ocasi\u00f3. Entre ells es va poder delectar de: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#00cfab\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>\u201cGelat d&#8217;Aigua de Val\u00e8ncia\u201d<\/strong><\/mark> inspirada en la famosa beguda del lloc que ha acollit els premis, <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#00cfab\" class=\"has-inline-color\">\u201cSorbete d&#8217;Orxata\u201d <\/mark><\/strong>servida amb Fart\u00f3 (postre de la gastronomia valenciana) i altres dues opcions: \u201cSorbete de K\u00e8fir\u201d i \u201cSorbete d&#8217;Alf\u00e0brega\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:33.33%\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sosa.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/50th-best-sosa-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8284\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Els millors restaurants del m\u00f3n: Top 3<\/h2>\n\n<p>A la llista dels millors restaurants del m\u00f3n: <strong>Central<\/strong>, el restaurant ins\u00edgnia de Lima dels xefs Virgilio Mart\u00ednez i P\u00eda Le\u00f3n, es van coronar en la posici\u00f3 No.1, succeint al guanyador del 2022, Geranium a Copenhaguen, que ara s&#8217;eleva al Sal\u00f3 de la Fama dels Best of the Best.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Central, <\/strong>el qual va ocupar la posici\u00f3 No.2 de la llista el 2022, \u00e9s un homenatge al Per\u00fa, amb un men\u00fa<br\/>que celebra la biodiversitat \u00fanica dels ingredients ind\u00edgenes del pa\u00eds; guiat pel seu bra\u00e7 de recerca, Mater Iniciativa, juntament amb les seves tradicions i hist\u00f2ria, mentre promou la sostenibilitat. Central \u00e9s seguit per <strong>Disfrutar<\/strong> (No.2) a Barcelona i <strong>Diverxo<\/strong> (No.3) a Madrid. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El millor del millor<\/h2>\n\n<p>Els restaurants del grup d&#8217;elit dels classificats amb el No.1 (enumerats a continuaci\u00f3)<br\/>han demostrat amb escreix la seva v\u00e0lua i seran honrats per sempre com a destinacions gastron\u00f2miques emblem\u00e0tiques al sal\u00f3 de la fama de Best of the Best.
