La cerim\u00f2nia de lliurament de premis, celebrada al lux\u00f3s complex hoteler Wynn d&#8217;aquesta c\u00e8lebre ciutat, va retre homenatge al cim del talent gastron\u00f2mic de 24 territoris dels cinc continents. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durant la cerim\u00f2nia vam tenir la gran oportunitat d&#8217;atorgar el premi: \u201c<strong>The World\u2019s Best Pastry Chef Award 2024<\/strong>\u201d a Nina M\u00e9tayer de la Pastisseria Delicatesserie a Par\u00eds \u2013 Fran\u00e7a, premi que va estar a c\u00e0rrec del CEO de <strong>Sosa Ingredients<\/strong> Daniel Rio.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/ninametayer\/?hl=es\">Nina M\u00e9tayer<\/a>,<\/strong> nascuda a La Rochelle, Fran\u00e7a, ha aconseguit destacar en l&#8217;escena mundial de la pastisseria amb el seu enfocament innovador i la seva creativitat sense l\u00edmits. Coneguda per transformar ingredients quotidians en experi\u00e8ncies sensorials \u00faniques, M\u00e9tayer ha creat postres sorprenents com una pavlova de maduixa i rosella i una illa. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Actualment, <strong>la millor pastissera del m\u00f3n 2024<\/strong>, ja havia estat reconeguda pr\u00e8viament com la millor xef pastissera de l&#8217;any en diverses ocasions abans de complir 30 anys. La seva carrera es va iniciar treballant en llocs prestigiosos com Le Meurice i amb Jean-Fran\u00e7ois Pi\u00e8ge, acumulant distincions i desenvolupant el seu propi negoci, Delicatesserie, a Par\u00eds. S&#8217;ofereixen dos men\u00fas paral\u00b7lels de 30 plats: El Cl\u00e0ssic i El Festival. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El primer inclou plats com <em>s\u00e8pia a l&#8217;estil tailand\u00e8s amb coco multiesf\u00e8ric<\/em> i p<em>itx\u00f3 amb espaguetis kombu<\/em>, <em>ametlles i ra\u00efm<\/em>, mentre que el fam\u00f3s i delici\u00f3s<em> donut Panchino farcit de caviar<\/em> i el brillant <em>sandvitx de gaspatxo congelat<\/em> es poden trobar a l&#8217;opci\u00f3 Cl\u00e0ssica. Disfrutar \u00e9s seguit per <strong>Asador Etxebarri <\/strong>(No.2) a Atxondo (Espanya) i <strong>Table by Bruno Verjus<\/strong> (No.3) a Par\u00eds (Fran\u00e7a). <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El millor del millor<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Els restaurants del grup d&#8217;elit dels classificats amb el No.1 (enumerats a continuaci\u00f3) han demostrat amb escreix el seu valor i seran honorats per sempre com a destinacions gastron\u00f2miques emblem\u00e0tiques al sal\u00f3 de la fama de Best of the Best.
