Aquesta edici\u00f3 va suposar un retorn a les arrels de l&#8217;hospitalitat i el sabor, amb xefs, pastissers i visionaris reunits per homenatjar les veus m\u00e9s influents de la cuina mundial. <\/p>\n\n<p>\ud83e\udd47El primer lloc el va obtenir <strong>Maido, a Lima, Per\u00fa, <\/strong>una veritable classe magistral de cuina nikkei. El xef Mitsuharu \u201cMicha\u201d Tsumura i el seu equip han elevat la fusi\u00f3 de meticuloses t\u00e8cniques japoneses amb ingredients peruans plens de sabor, creant una experi\u00e8ncia gastron\u00f2mica culturalment rica i innovadora. <\/p>\n\n<p>El nom Maido prov\u00e9 d&#8217;una expressi\u00f3 japonesa tradicional de benvinguda: \u201c\u00a1Maido!\u201d, la primera paraula que escolten els comensals en arribar al restaurant. M\u00e9s de 15 anys despr\u00e9s de la seva obertura, Maido continua fidel a la seva filosofia fundacional, mostrant els millors ingredients locals i estacionals en un men\u00fa degustaci\u00f3 que supera els deu plats. <\/p>\n\n<p>\ud83e\udd48El segon lloc va ser per al llegendari<strong> Asador Etxebarri d&#8217;Atxondo (Espanya),<\/strong> un temple de foc, sabor i puresa a les ordres del xef V\u00edctor Arguinzoniz.<\/p>\n\n<p>\ud83e\udd49<strong>El Quintonil de Ciutat de M\u00e8xic<\/strong>, dirigit per Jorge Vallejo, continua superant els l\u00edmits de la cuina mexicana a trav\u00e9s de l&#8217;eleg\u00e0ncia, la identitat i la sostenibilitat.<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Best Pastry Chef 2025: Maxime Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquest any, el guard\u00f3 al Millor Pastisser del M\u00f3n \u2014 patrocinat amb orgull per Sosa Ingredients \u2014 va ser per al brillant <strong>Maxime Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric, <\/strong>xef pastisser a Cheval Blanc Paris i Pl\u00e9nitude (lloc N\u00ba14 a la llista).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric ha establert un nou est\u00e0ndard en la pastisseria de luxe, amb una feina que combina t\u00e8cnica, delicadesa i una dedicaci\u00f3 inquebrantable a l&#8217;artesania.
