Ha estat xef pastisser executiu a l&#8217;<strong>H\u00f4tel Le Bristol Paris,<\/strong> on va consolidar la seva reputaci\u00f3 pel seu estil refinat, equilibrat i contemporani. Actualment, exerceix com a <strong><em>International Pastry Creation Chef<\/em><\/strong> a la <strong>Maison Ladur\u00e9e,<\/strong> on lidera el desenvolupament de noves col\u00b7leccions, donant forma al futur d&#8217;una de les maisons m\u00e9s ic\u00f2niques de la pastisseria francesa.
