Ingredientes:
250 gr. Aceite de oliva / Olive oil
150 gr. Agua / Water
50 gr. Vinagre balsámico / Balsamic vinegar
4 gr. Emulsionante en pasta / Emulsifying paste
2 gr. Goma guar / Guar gum
Process:
- Combine the ingredients .
- Mix with an immersion blender until get a smooth mixture.
