Rice Casserole with Ribs

Ingredients

2 pork ribs cut into pieces
20 g Culinary Journey Onion Sofrito
10 g Culinary Journey Tomato Concentrate
100 g rice
10 g Culinary Journey Pork Fond
2 g smoked paprika
1 clove of garlic
2 g parsley
300 ml water
Salt
Pepper

Preparation

Sear the seasoned ribs in a pan with a dash of oil.
When they are golden brown add the Onion Sofrito and the Tomato Concentrate. Cook for another minute.
Add the rice and toast it for a minute, stirring all the time, douse with hot water and add the Pork Fond.
While the rice is cooking, crush the garlic and parsley with a dash of olive oil. Set aside.
Once the rice is cooked, serve in a casserole dish and drizzle it with the garlic and parsley oil.
